Turns out, my favorite little assistant specializes in beachfront construction. 😉🏖️

These days, there are a lot of sandcastles being built around here with Gwen — and it’s a pretty sweet reminder of why people fall in love with calling this place home. 💕

🍃September is here, and with it comes a little shift in our Gulf Coast real estate market!

If you’ve been thinking about buying, selling, or investing, don’t let all the noise about “the market” make the decision for you. The truth is, there can be opportunity in EVERY market — you just have to know where to look for it.

Right now, buyers may have a little more breathing room and negotiating power, while sellers need to be thoughtful about pricing, presentation and marketing from the very beginning.

And here on the Gulf Coast, it’s especially important to remember that our market isn’t one-size-fits-all. A Gulf front condo can behave completely differently than a primary home in Baldwin County or a waterfront property on Ono Island.

After 12 years in real estate, one thing I’ve learned is that there’s rarely a universally “perfect” time to buy or sell. There’s simply the right time and the right strategy for you.

Just a little reminder from your local Realtor… I’m still here! 🏡❤️🙋🏼‍♀️

These days, you may see a whole lot more of me being Gwen’s mama — and that is absolutely my favorite role in the world. But behind the mom life, I’m also still doing something I’ve loved for 12 years: REAL ESTATE! ❤️🤍💙

For 12 years, I’ve had the privilege of walking alongside people during some pretty big moments in their lives.

I’ve helped families find the home where they’ll raise their babies and make years of memories. I’ve helped people finally purchase that beach home they’ve always dreamed about. I’ve helped buyers find investment properties and second homes that turn a goal into a reality.

And I’ve been on the other side, too.

I’ve hugged clients and cried with them as they sold a family home or property filled with memories. I’ve sat at closing tables celebrating new chapters and stood beside people as they closed difficult ones.

And truly — I love all of it.
