☀️🏖 Hello, all! If you've ever thought about working from the beach or being a snowbird, our home and neighborhood is perfect! It's an adorable community with private deeded beach access, an ice cream shop, a bagel shop, a place to rent bikes so you can explore the Gulf State Park. There is a walking/biking trail that you can access from our neighborhood and our side porch overlooks the beautiful pool. It has private deeded beach access with an ice cream/donut shop in the neighborhood and a fresh seafood market at its edge. And if you like to exercise or explore, there is a bike rental company in the community and you can access the Gulf State Park walking trails right from the neighborhood.

*** Happy New Year to all! We just got back from the beach house and it's an amazing time of the year to go. I've attached a few photos from our trip. There are hardly any crowds, no traffic jams, and the temperature is perfect for short sleeves or a light jacket. We even sat on the beach all day and enjoyed the sunset. Our neighborhood has private deeded beach access, a swimming pool right next door to our house, you can walk and ride bikes either in the neighborhood or the adjacent Gulf State Park trails. We have co****le, giant Jenga, giant Yahtzee, board games and puzzles. There’s a cute Pete’s ice cream/donut shop in the Village and fresh seafood market right at the edge of the neighborhood (Lartigue’s) – and it’s good!! There really is something for everyone!
