🎉**FUNFACTFRIDAY!**🌴☀️

Did you know Baldwin County is older than the state of Alabama? 🤯

Baldwin County was officially established on December 21, 1809 — just one week shy of 10 years before Alabama became a state in 1819! 🗓️

Even more interesting?The county was named after a man who never lived here, Abraham Baldwin,a Georgia statesman, signer of the U.S. Constitution, and founder of the University of Georgia. 🇺🇸 Even though he didn’t live here, many people who had migrated from Georgia and wanted to honor his impressive achievements did.

THAT’S a piece of local history worth knowing! 😄

Today’s agenda: show houses? Nope. Close a deal? Not quite.

I’ve been stuffing marketing bags all day, and now my hands smell like DOG TREATS. 🐶😂

Nothing says “professional real estate marketing” quite like walking around smelling like you just lost a fight with a bag of Milk-Bones.

But hey… if my clients’ dogs love me, I’m calling it a win. 🤷‍♀️🏡
