Some of our favorite šŸ¬ Our Gulf is home to thousands of bottlenose dolphins šŸ˜ Friendly & social, these guys travel together. You can often spot a pod moving along the coast, or in the back bays.

Just wanted to give everyone an update to the damage caused by Hurricane Sally. Sadly this Hurricane lead to significant damage to the Pheonix West II building. We encountered flooding, broken windows, and damage to our AC systems on the roof. We had 70 units where water entered during the storm. The building will be closed to guest until mid December or longer. This will give our contractors time to make all repairs needed. Rest assured we will not take any shortcuts when making repairs and we will have a building even nicer than it was before. Sorry for the inconvenience to those who planned to travel to not only my unit but others in the building. We all look forward to hosting you as a guest soon.
