Oh how true this is!

Everybody has an opinion about your job. Almost nobody has done it.

They see the closing photo. The sold sign. The commission check on a good month.

They don't see the four months you funded this thing out of your own savings before it ever paid you back.

The people who say agents are overpaid have never written an offer at midnight, lost it by Monday, and shown up Tuesday like nothing happened.

They've never eaten a deal that died on the 1-yard line.

They've never carried someone else's biggest financial decision on their back for free until it closed.

This business doesn't reward talent. It rewards the ones who refuse to quit.
