Who do you know who is looking for a property that really is priced to sell? This 3 bed, 3bath unit in Orange Beach is AGGRESSIVELY priced!! The property is well managed and has been diligent in keeping fees and assessments manageable. While most condos are seeing 4-5000 insurance assessments annually, this complex has been under 1300 for a 3 bedroom unit. We are sitting as the SECOND lowest priced 3/3 Gulf Front condo in Orange Beach (With the first being in Harbour Place... a far inferior building IMO.... ) The next lowest price 3/3 Gulf Front in Orange Beach is listed at 749k. We are $131k UNDER the other 3 bed unit in the complex and $116k under the last sale in the complex! Rental numbers in this building are FANTASTIC! This unit could easily be rented as is, but is priced so you have "room" in your budget to update more should you choose! So, again I ask- Who do you know? Please share this with them or anyone!
