A few of the Centerview Townhomes are getting close to move-in, and they’re looking amazing. From the early stages of construction to the finished spaces, a lot of work has gone into bringing this community to life.

It’s exciting to see another AXIS project getting closer to the finish line.

We had a fun day out on the course and enjoyed being part of the Orange City Chamber golf event! We’re proud to be part of the Orange City community and appreciate the opportunity to connect with other local businesses and support organizations.

This is what long-term investing looks like.

Our original 64-unit apartment community remains fully occupied, and the next phase of the development is well underway with new townhomes currently under construction.

Watching this project continue to grow is a great reminder of what's possible through thoughtful planning and strong investor partnerships.
