A Facebook Happy Ending.
I met my buyer through Facebook about 35 days ago. We got to know each other, and he shared with me his life’s story. I felt compelled to help him and that a higher power drew us together.

After one day of showings, he set his eyes on this large view lot and within a couple of days we opened escrow. This deal wouldn’t have been possible without my lender partner, Nathan Saravia @ Stream Home Lending. Nathan was available to us day, night, and even on the weekends.

We couldn’t be happier for our buyer.

Details of the deal: Home was listed for $700k + $43k in solar cost = $743k. Instead, I was able to negotiate and get it for $655k + $15k in seller paid buyer credits, and have the seller pay off the $43k solar balance. Buyer saved over $100k.
