This EIFS siding with some serious moisture issues. You can see the roof is showing signs of damage as well. This could be from different issues such as improper drainage, missing/damaged flashing, and improper clearance between the roof and siding. Air quality issues associated with mold can be a result of this. Don’t skip your home inspection.

During a HUD Inspection I noticed the traverse beams were cut. This indicates that the manufactured home was moved from its original location and sustained damage. This can be a serious issue structurally, but this home had a permanent foundation and was approved by an engineer.
