This was one of the toughest closings I’ve ever been part of—we had only 16 days to close. But when everyone cooperates and God says this home belongs to a family, there is nothing that can stop it. That’s truly how this one felt.
In just 16 days, we completed the inspection, appraisal, loan application, and full loan approval.
