Patricia Sherman is an active sales associate and multi-million dollar producer for Coldwell Banker Vanguard Realty in Fleming Island, Florida. She is a member of the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS since 1994. Patricia retired from the United States Navy where she worked as an Air Traffic Controller for almost 22 years. Upon retiring she decided that real estate would be her next career. She feels that everyone deserves a home and is here to help them achieve that. Patricia holds an Associate in Arts Degree, has her broker's license, Florida real estate instructor's license, a GRI, SRES, CSP, E-Pro, AHWD, SFR, FMS, LMC, MRP designations. Patricia was awarded the Northeast Florida Association of REALTORS, "2005 & 2010 & 2013- Educator of the Year Award." She also instructs for the American Heart Association's CPR, BLS, and First Aid courses. Her personal philosophy is "To enjoy every day, use humor as often as I can, to SMILE, and live life to its fullest!" Patricia is married to the "Love of her life" and has been for over 32 years!
