🏡 NEW LISTING ALERT! Because apparently paying the electric company full price is overrated. 😂☀️

Welcome to 137 S Hummingbird Pl. in Palm Coast, offered at $385,000! This home brings the Florida lifestyle with a screened lanai, spacious backyard, pond & nature views, an owned water filtration system, and solar panels being PAID OFF at closing! 🙌

And before you say, “Rick, where are the fancy professional photos?” 📸 They’re coming September 29th—but this one was too good to keep secret until then.

👀 Want to see it before everyone else does? Message or call me to schedule your private showing!

Happy Father's Day to all the dads out there! 🏡👔
Today, we're celebrating the guys who can fix anything with duct tape, answer every question with "because I said so," and somehow keep the thermostat set at exactly 72° year-round. 😂
Whether you're building memories, laying down life foundations, or just mastering the art of the dad joke, today is your day.
I hope your Father's Day is fully furnished with laughter, stocked with great food, and free of any "honey-do" inspections! 🔨🏠
And remember... being a dad is a lot like real estate: It's all about location, location... and occasionally having to ask for directions anyway. 😎
Happy Father's Day!
