Seriously, though. You should never be home when your house is being shown. It’s uncomfortable for a lot of buyers. The best things you can do are make sure it’s clean, decluttered, smells nice, the yard is tidy and that you’re listing agent has made all the information and features of your home easily available to other agents and their buyers.
