The first session, Blueprint to Business Planning, set the stage for agents to prepare for an incredible year ahead — building the foundation for growth, focus, and strategy.

Next up: The Business Planning Workshop — hosted by David Herron and Ron Acker — where agents will receive their personal business planning books and turn vision into action.

The final session, Beyond the Plan, will take everything one step further — aligning business goals with purpose, lifestyle, and long-term success.

At our Sales Meeting, I had the pleasure of recieving an award for Top Individual Sales for the first quarter of 2024. This is a goal that I thought I was so far from reaching. If you ever have any doubt, don’t! Go after your dreams and work hard at it.

Real Estate is a such a huge passion of mine. Even though it gets hard at times, I never feel like it’s work because I enjoy everyday in this business. Each transaction turns into a friendship and it’s always so hard to say “See ya later” once we reach the closing table.
