Best way to end the craziest year! Cheers to my neighbors closing on their very first home yesterday! 🎄🤶🏡🥂 Gotta admit I will miss seeing Kaitlyn and Cody everyday in the neighborhood but so incredibly happy for them building their life in an incredible house that already has equity! Appraised OVER our purchase price! That is a HUGE deal and almost unheard of in this ridiculous sellers' market! Woot woot!

Such a good read if you're considering selling as a For Sale By Owner! Not worth all the risk especially taking into consideration that your trusty Realtor assumes all the liability for you when we take your listing. It really is enlightening how much more sellers net even after paying commission versus their net when selling on their own. Not to mention the percentage of them that go into ligation after close of escrow 😳 Think smarter not harder! *The more you know!!!*

SOLD!! We saw the house on my actual birthday, went under contract during my son's birthday weekend, got a $5K price reduction agreed to (after appraisal) during my moms wedding weekend and closed today on my mom's birthday! Just made all those moments more special knowing I'm helping to make a good friends dream come true!

I just love these people. We had such a blast. My favorite quote during transaction from Jacqui's mouth paraphrased, "I keep hearing all these horror stories of how horrible and stressful it is to buy a house... But I keep wondering when that is gonna happen because you make it feel easy" 😍😍 THAT is the best feeling and compliment!
