Yes. Florida sales associate applicants generally must complete a 63-hour FREC-approved pre-licensing course before becoming licensed, subject to applicable exemptions.

🎂 How old do I need to be?
Applicants must be at least 18 years old.

🎓 Is a college degree required?
No. You generally need a high school diploma or its equivalent, not a college degree.

📝 What happens after I complete the course?
You'll need to satisfy Florida's application requirements and receive approval before taking the state licensing examination.

🖐️ Are fingerprints required?
Yes. Electronic fingerprints are part of Florida's application process and are used for a background check.
