Enjoying an evening stroll on the Southbank riverwalk at Friendship Fountain. ⛲️🌅

The fountain has evening shows synchronized with music played around the park at 7 PM, 8 PM, & 9 PM lasting for around 15 ~ 20 minutes. With a normal fountain between 8 AM - 10 PM.

We definitely recommend adding this to your schedule of things to do in the Jacksonville area, especially with cooler weather headed our way!🍃🍂

Unfortunately, this septic inspection did not go well, and it failed the test. While inspections don't always bring great news, we are thankful that our buyers chose to have a septic inspection.

This is why inspections are so important when buying a home. 🏡 They can help uncover issues that may not be seen by the average person and can prevent costly surprises down the road. 🔍

This septic failed because a home addition was built directly on top of the septic tank, covering parts of the lid in the process.

Always inspect before you buy! ✅

If you're looking for a new playground recommendation before summer if officially over, we definitely recommend trying out the Patton Park Playground off Hodges Blvd. It has one of the tallest slides that we have seen in Jacksonville, Fl along with some swings and a large seesaw. 🌳🛝☀️
