Jacksonville, which has made her very familiar with the many neighborhoods around town. In 2005, she became a homeowner in Orange Park, which expanded her knowledge and experience into neighboring Clay County. To continue her education on Florida Real Estate, she has completed the GRI 100 Series and attended multiple Real Estate conferences. She also takes advantage of the many training courses offered by her brokerage, local Board of REALTORS® and the many experienced REALTORS® on her team. She has obtained her broker's license and is currently a broker associate. Mindy has an extensive history with a title company, a finance company, and in marketing and sales before stepping into Real Estate. All of which has proven invaluable in her Real Estate Career and has offered her insight and helped her develop relationships with her partners in those fields. She will work with local lenders, inspectors, title companies and other vendors to help her customers with every aspect of the transaction. Her team will keep everyone in communication for a smooth and easy transaction. Mindy is an outgoing, friendly person who has been the face of United Real Estate Gallery for many events by volunteering as a company representative at the Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce Trade Show, Orange Park Town Festival, and Christmas in Avondale. She has been seen at the Sharks and Jaguars games showing her spirit in the United Real Estate Gallery Booth to answer questions and educate fans on home ownership. She has a passion to help in the community and has given her time and sweat to projects with Habijax as well. In fact, she is now on the committee to help with organizing volunteers for the HabiJax Build{Her} projects taking place in Jacksonville to help build homes for two single women and their families. She is also a regular volunteer at Oakleaf Village Elementary, for there is no limit to the effort she will make to help others! When she is not giving back to the community or helping her clients, she is either spending time with her husband David and her two kids or enjoying time in her woodworking workshop.
