Ready to sell your home and looking for some ways to increase your resale value?

1.) Painting- when deciding on colors be sure to keep to neutrals. If you want to spice things up with some color then create an accent wall.

2.) Uniform Flooring- if your home has several different kinds of flooring throughout then it is best to create a uniform look by narrowing it down to two different types at the most. Many buyers typically expect hardwood floors or premium vinyl.

3.) Brighten Up The Kitchen- this can be done by having the cabinets professionally painted, painting the walls white, and having the cabinets updated with new hardware, such as hand pulls.

4.) New Countertops- dated countertops can be a turn off to potential buyers. If you are looking to upgrade go with a monochromatic look, such as gray or white countertops made of granite, marble, or quartz.
