We are still in a Seller's Market in City of Orange, but creeping into Neutral Market territory*. Interest rates are hovering around 6.9%.

We are starting to see more buyers and sellers come into the market as we come out of the holiday season.

*A Seller's Market is defined as 3 months or less of available inventory. A Neutral Market is between 3-6 months, and a Buyer's Market would be 6 months or more of available inventory.
