This one definitely made us work for the closing table.

There were plenty of phone calls, follow-ups, problem solving, and a few moments where we had to pivot, but we kept pushing forward and got it DONE.

Because getting a property under contract is one thing.

Getting it all the way to the closing table when things don’t go according to plan? That’s where having the right people in your corner matters.
