Ontario serves as a gateway to all of Southern California counties. Land cost is lower compared to Los Angeles and labor is also less expensive. The airport continues to grow and so does demand. If a company is looking to expand into Southern California, then Ontario should be a consideration.

Weaknesses in the supply chain were exposed in 2020. We all witnessed this in the super markets, especially in the beginning of the pandemic; think of toilet paper, food, sanitizer, etc. In response many companies are shortening their supply chain by reshoring and bringing their supply chain closer to the United States. Many of them are also increasing their inventory, which is increasing their need for warehouse space. In some cases, Just In Time delivery is changing to Just In Case.

The SBA has extended the debt relief program which will pay the first 6 months of principal & interest (P&I) of loans newly approved between February 1 and September 30, 2021.
