Weaknesses in the supply chain were exposed in 2020. We all witnessed this in the super markets, especially in the beginning of the pandemic; think of toilet paper, food, sanitizer, etc. In response many companies are shortening their supply chain by reshoring and bringing their supply chain closer to the United States. Many of them are also increasing their inventory, which is increasing their need for warehouse space. In some cases, Just In Time delivery is changing to Just In Case.

The SBA has extended the debt relief program which will pay the first 6 months of principal & interest (P&I) of loans newly approved between February 1 and September 30, 2021. Santa Fe Springs is submarket located in the southeast quadrant of the Los Angeles metro. It is the home to many manufacturing, aerospace, logistic, and industrial companies. You can make it to LAX, the ports, and the tip of of Inland Empire in about 30 minutes (note: depending on traffic).
