Recently, there were 116 price reductions across Clackamas County, and nearly 30% of them occurred in Oregon City.
Here's what I see happening:

🏡 Sellers can no longer rely on simply putting a sign in the yard and expecting multiple offers.
🏡 Pricing, preparation, and marketing have become more important than ever.
The homes that are priced correctly and marketed well are still attracting buyers and getting sold.
For buyers, this can create opportunities to negotiate better terms, ask for closing cost credits, and purchase a home with less competition.
For sellers, it means having a thoughtful strategy from day one is critical.
The market isn't stopping...it's shifting.
