I met Abigail and Brady when they called about one of my listings. They were first-time buyers looking for that very special first home for their sweet family. ❤️

We toured my listing and spent some time talking about what they were really looking for, their goals, how they wanted their family to live, and how important it was to stay close to their parents and in the community they’ve called home for most of their lives.

And did I mention they have the two cutest kids?! 🥰

We quickly realized there were several homes that could work for them...and OPTIONS are a good thing!!!

One of my favorite parts of working with buyers is that I don’t want to just sell them a house. I want to help them find the RIGHT house for them. The one that makes sense for their life, their family and the memories they want to make there.

So we kept looking…and today I have the absolute honor of handing Abigail and Brady the keys to their very first home! 🔑🏡❤️

I have a feeling the holidays are going to be extra special for this family this year. I’m already looking forward to the pictures, the memories, and seeing them make this house HOME. Congratulations, Abigail & Brady!! You did it!! 🏡

Sometimes finding the right home takes a little patience…and sometimes it takes a full on UNICORN HUNT! 🦄🏡

I met Deb & Scott several months ago while I was searching for an Oregon City home for another client. Their home wasn’t the right fit for that buyer, but during our conversation they mentioned they were thinking about finding their own next forever home.

And so…the unicorn hunt began! 😂

The wish list was pretty specific: single-level living, three additional bedrooms, a big gathering space for family holidays and get-togethers, and room for a CRAFT ROOM—and I mean the kind of craft room that could give Hobby Lobby a run for its money! 😂
