Hello everyone, I hope everyone is staying safe and healthy!

I wanted to share a couple things with everyone about our new procedure.

We have been trying to keep people as updated as possible to make sure that all the inspectors, clients and agents stay as healthy and safe as possible.

Our current procedure for COVID-19:

Clients:
-They need to wait to attend the inspection until the last 30 mins of the inspection. We can not have clients walking around the home or making our inspectors feel uncomfortable while doing their inspection. If the clients are not attending the inspection, we have the option to do a ZOOM call or just a normal phone call. Please give us a heads up so we can plan accordingly!
-We can not allow any more than 3 people in the home for that last 30 mins of contact. That includes the agent.
-A proper mask and correct social distancing needs to be practiced.

Agents:
-We understand that you need to attend and that is understandable. We strongly request that you wait in your car or sit outside and enjoy the sun. If neither of those options work for you, waiting inside is fine. As long as you are in your own designated area and are not wandering around the home.
-Proper mask and social distancing is required.

We understand that for the clients it is very exciting and they want to be there for every single step, get the measurements and all the excitement of buying a home. It may be first home! We also understand that it is very stressful when being told they are having to keep their distance.
Just remember that the safety of others is always important.
Not only are the inspectors risking their well-being by still doing inspections, but also need to consider their families at home. We want to make sure that everyone is in a comfortable position.

So please, when going to a home inspection keep in mind that we all want the same thing, but need to work together to get there!

Good morning Real Estate Professionals. Starting immediately, we are requiring that no on attend the home inspections going forward. We have been requesting that no one attend but we have been getting quite a few who refuse this request and show up with no PPE and invading the space of the inspectors. This is not safe nor acceptable. We apologize if this causes any grief but our people deserve to be protected.

Good afternoon everyone. We hope you are all safe and doing well. We wanted to give an update about inspections at this strange time. We are still conducting inspections with Patrick and Rick. Savannah and the radon team are still doing testing. Things are a slower but we wanted to let you know that we are here to help you and your clients. We are still practicing social distancing, wearing masks and gloves and using sanitizer often. We ask that no one be at the inspection unless absolutely necessary. Rick is certified in Washington so we can also help there but only 2 people at a time in the house per Washington regulations. Again, if you don't need to be there...stay away until we are done. Hello real estate experts! We want all of you to know that we are open for business and are taking precautions when inspecting. Hand washing and hand sanitizer is being used often. Our inspectors are wearing personal protective equipment (gloves and masks) during inspections. We are asking that clients and agents only be at the inspection for as short a period as possible or communicate with us on texts or use FaceTime to go over the results of the inspection. A review of the report does not need to be in person. This is a very difficult time for all of us and our goal is for everyone to be kept safe. Thank you all for your understanding during these very critical times!
