Impactful projects begin with strong collaborative partnerships. Gorman & Company is honored to have been selected to work alongside partners like Invest Atlanta and Trinity United Methodist Church Atlanta on The Sanctuary. This adaptive reuse, in tandem with new build, will provide 83 homes for Atlanta seniors. As the project nears construction commencement, we look forward to sharing more information and celebrating the partnerships that have brought this project to fruition. Atlanta is gearing up to welcome the world this summer, and Gorman & Company is excited to be part of the energy building downtown!

On June 18, we’re opening up Folio House for the first Off the Rails event in partnership with GVG Events. This free, community-focused event will bring together local vendors, food trucks, live music, and interactive experiences that reflect the creativity and spirit of the ATL.

It’s an opportunity to support local businesses, connect with neighbors, and celebrate the momentum leading up to one of the world’s biggest sporting events.

We’re proud to help activate the Folio House site and contribute to the continued vibrancy of downtown Atlanta.

Gorman & Company’s Asset Management team recently spent time in Portland, Oregon marking a very special milestone.

The team connected with colleagues in the Pacific Northwest market and toured The Jade, the company's first project in the region.

Located in the ❤️ of the Jade District, the 40-unit community reflects a thoughtful approach to development, blending culturally rooted 🫚 design with sustainable features that support residents and their day-to-day lives.

This visit was a chance to see that intention come to life and to celebrate 🎉the partnerships that make it possible, including APANO and Quantum Residential, Inc.

Most of all, it highlighted the important role Asset Management plays in supporting communities long after construction is complete. As Gorman & Company continues to grow in the Pacific Northwest, this moment truly feels like the start of meaningful impact in this market 🌲and beyond.

This National Affordable Housing Month, Gorman & Company would like to recognize our strong partnerships that bring intentional housing to the communities we serve. Successful developments take collaboration from local governments, nonprofits, financial partners, and community organizations.

This weekend we are welcoming the Broomfield Housing Alliance to Crosswinds at Arista in Broomfield, CO. This property tour entitled, Opening Doors, will focus on highlighting income-aligned housing communities within the city of Broomfield.

Gorman & Company is breathing new life into the former Atlanta Constitution building at Five Points, transforming it into Folio House, a dynamic mixed income, mixed use project bringing much-needed affordable housing to the heart of downtown, in partnership with the City of Atlanta Government.

As the city gears up for the FIFA World Cup, we’re kicking things off by turning this space into a vibrant urban canvas celebrating creativity, culture, and community through public art.
