Hiked to Stewart Falls today! It was such a gorgeous day, and perfect day for a hike!! I did end up taking a wrong turn coming back, and ended up at Sundance Mountain Resort instead of back at the Upper Stewart Falls Parking lot haha! It added an extra 2 hours to my hike!

You’d be surprised what can be hiding in a “nice” newer home 👀
This 2020 higher-end home had a toilet being leveled with two quarters sealed right into the caulking around the base. 🪙🪙

Just because a home looks great on the surface doesn’t mean there aren’t shortcuts or mistakes underneath. That’s exactly why having a professional home inspection is so important before buying a home.

Sometimes the smallest details reveal the biggest problems.
