My clients came to me with a specific home in mind. The day we scheduled a showing this property it went under contract. We spent the last 2 weeks browsing other places but didn’t have much luck finding what they were looking for. The pending buyers financing fell through and we were able to put an offer in on the original home they wanted and we got them under contract this morning. Happy to see my clients get the home they originally had their eyes on!
