💥Tengo una NUEVA REVISION DEL MERCADO DE CASA y TIENES QUE LEERLA!! 💥

Espero que tengas un gran día! En mi opinión profesional, creo que el mercado DE CASA se está inclinando más hacia los compradores, especialmente en este momento.
Aquí te explico por qué:

1. 🏡 Más casas en el mercado: En marzo de 2023, había 4352 casas a la venta. En marzo de 2024, eran 4732, y en marzo de 2025, hubo 5,946.
• En solo un año, hubo un aumento del 20% en las casas a la venta. Esto le da al comprador más opciones de casas para comprar.

2. ⏳️ Las casas tardan más en venderse: Desde que el mercado prosperó tanto para compradores como para vendedores en 2021, el número de días que una casa está en el mercado ha aumentado hasta un 65%..!
•Esto es ENORME porque cuanto más tiempo permanezcan las casas en venta en el mercado, el comprador tiene un poco más de influencia en la negociación de las casas.

3. 💸 Los interests rates an estado estables y relativamente bajas: En el graphico se ve que los interest rates han mantenido estables durante los últimos 2 años entre el 6% y el 7%. Como puedes ver en el gráfico, en los últimos 53 años, Mortgage interest rates fija a 30 años aproximada es del 7,99%.
• Sin embargo, en este momento, estamos por debajo de eso, situándose en 6,72% el 28/06/25. ¡Lo cual, es GENIAL!

💥I have a NEW MARKET UPDATE and you HAVE TO READ THIS!! 💥

I hope you're having a great day! In my professional opinion, I believe that the market is leading more toward buyers, especially right now. Here's why:

1🏡. In March 2023 there were 4352 homes listed for sale
In March 2024 there were 4732 and in March 2025 there were 5,946
•In just one year, there was a 20% increase in homes for sale. That gives the buyer more options in homes that they can buy

2⏳️. Ever since the Market was THRIVING for both buyers and sellers back in 2021. The average number of days that a home has been on the market has increased up to 65%..!
•This is HUGE because the longer the homes stay for sale on the market, the Buyer has a bit of leverage in the negotiation of homes!

3💸. The Mortgage rates have been steady for the past 2 years between 6%-7%.
As you can see in the graph, in the past 53 years the approximate 30-year fixed mortgage rate is 7.99%
•However, as of right now, we are below that sitting at 6.72% on 6/28/25. Which in essence, is GREAT!
