💀 You might actually be dead before we see 2% interest rates again! 🤣

I keep hearing buyers say, “We’re just waiting for interest rates to come down.”

But here’s what you might be overlooking…

🏡 Builders are offering some AMAZING incentives right now!

🏡 More inventory means more homes to choose from.

🏡 Less buyer competition means more negotiating power.

🏡 Sellers are often more willing to negotiate on price, closing costs, and repairs.

Here’s the thing. Every real estate market has pros and cons. When rates were at 2%, buyers were fighting over homes, waiving contingencies, and offering WAY over asking price.

Today, buyers have opportunities they didn’t have back then.

And when rates do drop? More buyers could jump back into the market, bringing more competition with them.

You can refinance an interest rate. You can’t refinance what you paid for the house!

I’m not saying everyone should buy right now. I’m saying don’t let the dream of a 2% interest rate keep you from recognizing a great opportunity today.
