The Provo Canyon Hobbit House ($43M) is pure artistry. It was built by Magleby Construction, has a 50ft climbing wall, indoor courts, and its own private pond/lake house (about 1.5 acres). It’s also owned by the Cook family (founders of doTERRA).

Meanwhile, the Morgan Mountain Castle ($46M) is much smaller but is all about land, it comes with 6,300 ACRES. Owned by the founder of Nikola Corp (iykyk👀)
