Thanks for stopping by. Just a quick market update. It's still a sellers market. The good news for you buyers is that interest rates are historically low. You will most likely be in a multiple-offer situation once you find your dream home, but having a Realtor who understands the market will go a long way. Most homes are being shown virtually, however, walk through showings are still possible, we just need to follow CDC guidelines for safety.
