You see a lot of strange things as a realtor.

One afternoon during an open house, a young boy walked up to me and quietly asked:

“Have you seen my parents?”

At first I assumed they were somewhere else in the house.

They weren’t.

Not upstairs.
Not outside.
Not anywhere nearby.

Eventually we realized they had accidentally driven home without him.

To this day I still wonder what the conversation in that car must have sounded like when they realized.

The vineyards are returning and Lamorinda has been recognized as an American Viticultural Area (something I was proud to help with).
