Tania is a knowledgeable Realtor, having graduated from Wellesley College with a BA in architectural history and taken graduate-level classes in historic preservation and urban planning. She has been licensed as a Real Estate Salesperson in California since 1990 and continually takes classes and seminars to stay current on real estate matters. This allows her clients to get the advice they need to make the best decisions for their situation. Having grown up on the East Coast, Tania lived in New York, Massachusetts, and Washington DC, before moving to California. She has, therefore, had direct experience with relocation and has gotten to know a range of communities, especially in the East Bay. Prior to becoming a Realtor, Tania worked with architectural firms, project managers for building developers, and contract furniture manufacturers and suppliers. She has a good sense of space and design and is happy to help her clients, both sellers and buyers, stage their homes. For maximum effect, Tania also has a list of local staging professionals who can provide more extensive work, as well as handymen and other service providers to perform repairs.
