Tom brings over 20 years of sales, marketing and licensing

experience in the Rock and Roll merchandise industry to his position as a Broker Associate with Coldwell Banker in Orinda. Tom built a business from scratch, initially selling t-shirts in parking lots across the country at Grateful Dead shows, eventually marketing and licensing merchandise as a licensee of the Grateful Dead. Tom also worked directly with rock legend Carlos Santana, creating and distributing Santana merchandise through his multiple channels. He became well-known for his attention to detail, his integrity, his hands-on approach and "second to none" customer service. If you are going to work with Rock Stars, you'd better treat them like Rock Stars! Tom brought his love of music home to Lamorinda, having served as Vice-President of the Board of Directors at Lafayette's Town Hall Theatre from 2009 to 2020. As one of his many responsibilities, Tom created Town Hall's Music & Comedy Series, producing over 75 Rock and Roll and Comedy shows bringing live music and entertainment to the local community. Along with music, Community is at the core of everything Tom does. For two decades now, Tom has poured his time and energy into community events including the Lafayette Art & Wine Festival, Lafayette Res Run for Education, Taste of Lafayette, Rock the Plaza Summer Concert Series and Notes 4 Hope. As a Charter Member of Sustainable Lafayette, Tom helped to make Town Hall greener, and worked with Gold Star Families to support military families. Tom is also an active member of the "Try Lafayette First" campaign, which encourages residents to support local businesses. As a successful Coldwell Banker real estate agent since 2006, Tom applies the lessons learned in merchandising to the efforts in prospecting, marketing, selling or finding a home for his clients. He has received numerous awards for his annual sales production, consistently finishing in the top 1% nationally in sales among all Coldwell Banker agents. Last weekend at Siesta Valley Bowl was complete with New Orleans royalty on Saturday night, featuring, the Soul Rebels and Rebirth Brass Band. It was crazy dancing from the downbeat! I'm honored to be serving as Host/MC at this new and exciting venue located at the former Bruns Amphitheatre/Cal Shakes in Orinda. See you on August 21st for "Earthless," a San Diego psychedelic rock trio. Let's Go!
