I’m not the only one that believes a price bump could be coming… 🏠

What do you guys think?

Lafayette, Moraga and Orinda would certainly see their prices impacted if/when the money comes this way, particularly in the higher price points I believe.

It’s definitely being talked about more in the last month. We will see!

Everyone hates a Realtor “Just Sold” post 🫠… but I have to do one every once in a while! 😆

The first half of 2026 (plus a few extra days 😂) has been busy, and I’m feeling incredibly grateful for all the amazing people I’ve had the opportunity to help this year.
