This was an awesome property and a great family to represent. It has been their family home and now they are on to building their retirement home on their lake property in Wisconsin!

Normally sellers want to list for a higher price than the agent suggests. In this case, it was the opposite. They thought I was... a bit optimistic.

It ended up selling for full price in just 4 days with a very professional agent on the other side of the transaction who was great to work with. Happy sellers, happy buyers, and everyone's goals were accomplished 😄

There is still time to make a move happen before 2025. However, if you're thinking of moving at all in 2025, let's get a call or meeting on the calendar now. There may be even less inventory to choose from next year and if you are not positioned to jump on the right property when it comes up you will have no chance.
