PLEASE GET RENTERS INSURANCE. All the floods and damage to homes/apartments in the recent tornado will impact you if you DO NOT have coverage to cover your personal items inside of the rentals.

When a structure is damaged by wind, hail water or fire, the Landlord’s insurance protects the structure. The damage to the tenants property is not covered by the Landlord’s policy.

The tenant decides how much all their property is worth in case of theft fire storm etc. The policy also provides for alternative living allowance if the building is left uninhabitable.

The price can run as low as $10 per month. Isn’t your peace of mind worth $10?

If you have no insurance you are in essence self insuring and saying you will be responsible for your own losses.

WHAT A BLESSED DAY!!! CLOSED ON THE SALE OF A FRIEND's FAMILY HOME.

Today I was reminded of why I will never let the legacy of Anthony Lott be forgotten. Most people that know and loved Anthony can attest to his integrity, loyalty and love for God, family and friends. This transaction was for a friend who is family. My friend and I dealt with a lot and it wasn't all GOOD. This entire transaction pushed me to PRAY, increase my PATIENCE, TRUST the process, and KEEP THE FAITH that GOD was going to BLESS us with a VICTORY over EVERYTHING in HIS TIME. We dealt with DELAY after DELAY after DELAY after DELAY, but GOD kept us. Four contracts, 3 cancelled contracts, 4 inspections and several problematic loan companies. The backstory is too much to even discuss, but we are GRATEFUL.

I go HARD for my clients which means I DO NOT quit. I am Anthony Lott 's sister so I know what it means to NEVER GIVE UP or NEVER GIVE IN. HE taught me that. I stay LOYAL and move with the highest level of INTEGRITY. I was PRAYING and LEANING on GOD when it looked like it was IMPOSSIBLE. That is how I OPERATE. I'm not just an "AGENT".
