Thanks for the great review Patrick & Kathleen! I was thrilled to be a part of this adorable family’s relocation adventure! They listened and followed all of my advice and it paid off immensely in record time! They took a little one week trip, during that time, we held an open house and according to plan: went under contract (well above asking) and buyers’ had inspection completed. Sellers were able to come home and just pack because it closed quickly after! God Bless you all in your new home and state!
