Someone asked me if I thought they’d be good at real estate.
And I told them the part most people don’t see is the part that matters most.
It’s not just the showing.
It’s not the photo.
It’s not the “under contract” post.
It’s chasing paperwork, following up when people go quiet, catching problems before they turn into bigger problems, keeping timelines moving, and making sure the deal doesn’t fall apart over something that could have been handled early.
If you can manage the details, stay calm when things get messy, and keep people moving in the right direction…
then yeah, you might be pretty good at this.
Because the details are usually where the deal is won or lost.
