A first-time buyer, seller, move-up buyer, and downsizer can all look at the same market and see something completely different.

Your goal changes the whole equation.

You see the memories.

They see price, condition, layout, location, and how it compares to everything else they’ve toured.

Once it hits the market, you have to look at it like an asset too.
