Tax deductible savings accounts for "First Time Home Buyers"...in 10 States....to cover down payment, closing costs, etc. Pretty cool! Unfortunately not in Illinois yet.

It becomes the 10th state to provide tax-free accounts for residents to save for their first home purchase.
