🏡 Under Contract!

This has been one of the most unique listings I've ever had. Where else can you find a double lot with so many possibilities for just a couple thousand dollars?

I'll admit...if the Big Bad Wolf huffed and puffed hard enough, he could probably blow this little house down. 😂 But the value here has always been in the opportunity.

Take your summer cookout to the next level with this sweet and savory barbecue sauce!

Ingredients:
• 12-14 oz. of pineapple juice
• 1½ c. brown sugar, lightly packed
• 1 tsp. garlic
• 4 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
• 1½ c. ketchup
• 2 pinches of red pepper flakes
• 1 tsp. onion powder
• 2 pinches of salt, to taste
• 4 tbsp. cornstarch
• 4 tbsp. water

Instructions:
1. Combine all ingredients in a medium-size pot, except for the cornstarch and the water, and allow to come to a boil.
2. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for 10-15 minutes.
3. Mix equal parts cornstarch and water. Slowly add to the sauce until desired consistency.
4. Remove from heat and allow to cool before refrigerating. Store in a squeeze bottle or airtight container.
