I know interest rates are high! If you were thinking of moving this year now is the time to MOVE. I have been selling real estate for over 30 years! Nothing changes for sellers and buyers. People have to sell and buy all the time no matter how high or low the interest rates are. Life changes and we have no control over it. People move out of their parent's house, get married, divorced, widowed, have children, or just need to downsize. When the interest rates were 16% these things still happen. Granted when interest rates are low you can afford more of a house. Someone told me a long time ago this saying: "when it comes to purchasing a home you have to get on the train to get somewhere". In other words, maybe the home is not your dream house, but you have to start somewhere. Nothing is forever. So it's time to get on the train!

This 55 and older community Carrilon is waiting for its next owners. It is a beautiful ranch. Such a bright and air lot on a corner. Through the houses, you can see the golf course.
