After moving back to Coldwell Banker and noticing how many agents cards have outdated photos of their past selves (including my own where my beard didn’t have a spec of gray in it) I chose to go with a classy card without an image of me. After all, it’s really about you, not me anyway!

I know many people are dealing with this from all this snow and crazy weather. This picture does a nice job explaining ice damming and why water is getting into your house.
The key is to either remove the snow off roof to stop it and afterwards make sure to fry the area where water got in to prevent mold.

Everyone with high efficiency furnaces, check your air intake and exhaust (white pvc pipes). A common issue in extreme cold and big snow is one of the pipes can get blocked with snow or ice not allowing it to breathe. That equals no heat! Hope this helps you stay warm!
