Private Listing Network. Some feel like it is for a seller that isn't serious. I will always say differently.

It is someone that doesn't want to alert all of the internet that they are moving just yet.

Maybe a business owner that doen't need to be the talk of the town or have it impact business.

Less traffic of people that might just be curious what a home looks like instead of a serious buyer.

I love the PLN because it feels more like a whisper. A toe in the water to ease into the process. To alert serious home buyers that your home is on the way to market before they make their final decision while a few finishing touches are being done.

Whatever the reason, I'm here for it! And if your working with a licensed agent, you will never miss a listing in the private network!

What are your plans this Saturday from 11-1pm? Want to come spend some time with me and this gorgeous home in Arlington Heights?

Full disclosure, this home has an extra special place in my heart. I even remember it being built! This is the home of my Aunt and Uncle. I have spent many nights there all throughout my childhood, making cookies, countless ping pong matches in the basement, even my temporary home when I moved back from Baltimore. So many cherished memories I will hold forever.

It is bittersweet to see this home go but it is time for new owners to come and make it their home for years to come.
