As a real estate agent, I often get asked about the best time to do home maintenance. And my answer is always the same - anytime is a good time! But with December just around the corner, now is an especially important time to prioritize home maintenance.

❄️The colder months mean we rely on our heaters more and that also means your water heater is working overtime. So, don't forget to flush it out to prevent any buildup and ensure its efficiency.
❄️With temperatures dropping, there's always a risk of pipes freezing and bursting. Make sure to insulate them properly and keep the heat on in your home even if you're away for a few days. Better safe than sorry!
