A room full of women: VPs, executives, decision-makers
flown in from all over the world for the Gartner Supply Chain Symposium.

🌼Treated like the VIPs they are. White-glove service.
Every detail handled.

🌸 But let me tell you what that picture didn’t show…

ℹ️ It didn’t show the 5 AM alarms.
ℹ️ It didn’t show the diaper changes before the conference calls.
ℹ️ It didn’t show the missed dinners, the late-night reports, or the times they cried in the car before walking back into the building.

Stopped by a private Young Professionals event during the National Builders Show a few weeks ago at the Orange County Convention Center.

Let’s just say… this group knows how to work hard and celebrate even harder! LOL 😝 The energy in the room was great.

It was really encouraging seeing so many young professionals that's apart of the building and development side of real estate. These are the people who will be designing and shaping the communities we’ll all be living in over the next 10–20 years.

The future of housing is being built by the next generation.
