So I had a bit of good luck today. Of course, it being St. Patrick's Day, what would be better than a closing with Patrick, a wonderful Irish buyer? Well, that's exactly what happened! 🍀

A big congratulations to Patrick and Lexie on the purchase of their brand new Pulte home!

I truly appreciate their trust and business, and we were able to connect on a few things, such as the martial arts, automotive enthusiasm, and a love for whiskey! 🥋🚗🥃
