On our way home, “And the beat goes on” by the Whispers played…yea yea I’ve dated myself…
Never did that song, that line in particular resonate more…While 2020,2021 were not so fun years for many…despite the challenges the Saavedras endured in 2022, I still witnessed, God’s Grace, Love + Mercy…community to help overcome the division created by the previous years, powered by unity, acceptance and understanding topped with a whole lotta Love-perhaps it was my growth…yup and my faith in humanity as a whole!

Now that we've hit Thanksgiving and are full swing into the Holiday season. The Market is beginning to hit the yearly slow down. This should last for probably the next 6 weeks, until mid-January.

Even though total listings were down 35% from the previous week. Inventory made a huge jump up to 4 months (from 3) due to the lowest Pending & Sold numbers we've seen in a week in the last 3 years. This gives buyers slightly more power as we are rounding into a slow but balanced market.

As to whether or not it is a good time to buy... I think now is a great time to buy if you are not too picky. The competition is way down, but so is inventory... there will be deals in the next few months, however it may be harder to find exactly what you are looking for.
