This natural spring is part of a selected neighborhood in Longwood if Orlando. I was amazed when I showed a few homes to my clients. And to think that that really right out of I4. A resident there told us they were living there for 3 generations. We saw a lot of peacocks 🦚 at houses roofs and ok the road.
Love my city. The more I know it the better it gets.
(I don’t care about all the downers saying Orlando is busy, it’s not good etc, and so shouldn’t you)!

What do you think about having a pool? Is it necessary to have it at your home, or even a community pool is good? In central Florida most of communities offer pool and other amenities. Building one at your house is expensive and it’s around $100,000 or more. And the value of the house appreciates but will never go up as much as the money you’ve invested in it. So my suggestion would be to buy a house with a pool already in it.
