Everyone says you don’t need a Realtor for new construction.
Here’s exactly why that’s not true.
My buyers were supposed to close on their brand-new home.
Instead, on closing day, we walked into missing upgrades, unfinished work, and several items they had paid thousands of dollars for that weren’t completed.
At that point, my buyers had a moving truck full of furniture and were focused on getting into their new home.
They didn’t have time to chase contractors, argue with management, or figure out who was responsible for what.
So I did.
I spent the day tracking down contractors, pushing the builder, escalating concerns, and making sure my clients weren’t being asked to close on a home that wasn’t delivered as promised.
The result?
✅ $50,000 off the final wire
✅ An upgraded appliance package
✅ A completed home my buyers could actually move into
The builder has someone representing the builder.
My buyers had someone representing them.
And on this day, that made all the difference.
🏡 Thinking about buying new construction in Central Florida? Don’t assume you have to go through it alone.
